Please implement it, and prevent focus loss from booting the player. But thanks anyway My question was perhaps a bit awkward formulated. ![]() When I go to full screen in Minecraft on the 2nd screen Tab Close the Minecraft window. Neither of the current implemented modes provide adequate functionality to multitaskers, content creators, multimonitor users, or even those that like to grab screenshots of a specific region of the screen (with apps such as Greenshot or ShareX).Ī simple and functional borderless windowed mode would resolve most of the above issues with a single minor update. Yes, that would be quite normal full screen, but there are some games to play the function 'borderless', windowed mode, only without the taskbar. This makes the Bedrock version of Minecraft one of the few apps with no method to setup a true borderless windowed mode, even with commonly used 3rd party apps designed for that purpose. Beyond that, it is presented in such a way that apps such as Borderless Gaming cannot hide the Title Bar for Minecraft, or the Windows Task Bar. In windowed mode, losing focus still brings up the escape menu. Minecraft can also automatically minimize itself when it loses focus, again forcing the player to re-enter the Realm. In full screen mode, anytime another application gains focus, the player gets kicked off Realms and has to enter the Realm again when they put focus back onto Minecraft (this is actually infuriating). Its a very common option in pc gaming, and something I feel minecraft should. Also give the option to prevent the escape menu from appearing at loss of focus, alt-tab, windows key pressed, etc. ![]() Please add a true borderless windowed mode to Bedrock, and prevent Minecraft from logging the player out of Realms when focus is lost. Currently Bedrock offers Fullscreen and Windowed modes, both of which have significant flaws.
